Component removal from injection molding machine
Label marking of components and ejection on active cooling section
Hot embedding of threaded bushes via induction heads
Assembly of sealing rings (checking the assembly depth)
Assembly of screw sleeve elements
- Automatic separation and feeding of screw-sleeve elements
- Inserting the screw-sleeve elements using x-y-z handling
- Fitting the oil filler cap (checking the correct position)
Assembly and testing of a pressure regulating valve (DRV)
Final inspection station
- Inspection of all attachments
- Inspection of relevant openings and injection points
- Leak test
- IO part marking by means of label printing
