EU Funding Innovation Assistance
From January to December 2019 we employed an innovation assistant as a designer and development engineer. This dealt with the technical analysis and resource-based optimization of a heat sealing press for use in plastics processing. The aim was to improve the embossed image by increasing the accuracy of the positioning of the stamp and at the same time reduce the energy consumption of the system. A prototype for testing and marketing purposes was then completed in the company and the innovation assistant was given a permanent employment contract.
This project was funded by the European Social Fund and the Brandenburg Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Health, Women and Family.
